ROBOTIC CLEANING METHOD OF OILFIELD EQUIPMENT
MARTin cleans vertical oil tanks by removing oil sludge and washing walls, bottoms, and roofs to get rid of sediments, then processes removed sludge. MARTin complexes are efficiently utilized in oil production, transportation, and refining facilities in Russia and nearby countries.
The tank cleaning robotic technology is approved in Russia and has received the European ATEX certificate for explosion protection.
Our robotic units, MARTin, provide a safe and eco-friendly way to clean tanks without requiring personnel to be inside. We have created four fundamental and widely used arrangements of equipment sets. We are well-prepared to create and provide extra specifications tailored to the unique requirements of our customers.
Advantages of MARTin unit:
- Suitable for cleaning tanks of any type (volume from 200 up to 120,000 m3);
- Mobile execution;
- Autonomous work (connection to electricity, steam or water might not be required);
- High cross-country ability, maneuverability and stability of the robotic scavenger due to the proprietary know-how - a two-section base on 4 tracks;
- Cleaning of hard-to-reach places (in case there are restrictions by pontoon stands, steam registers, etc.);
- No vacuum machines or super suckers are required - the robotic unit is equipped with its own pumps to pump out viscous sludge.
