The majority of work in the continental US primarily involves Directional and Gamma measurements, specifically Inclination, Azimuth, and Gamma Ray readings. Our equipment is well-equipped for this type of work, as it is used in 99% of cases. However, there is limited utilization of LWD (Resistivity) on US Land, so we do not currently have a ready-made solution for Resistivity measurements. Nevertheless, we are confident that with a specific timeframe, we could develop a suitable Resistivity implementation.
The tool string is rated at 175C and 20,000 psi, ensuring its reliability and performance across all basins and formations in North America. It features a bottom-mounted pulser, which uses a pilot valve to drive the main valve effectively. The tool string incorporates a patented Slick-HD pulser, Iris Gamma module, and SlickRide shock tool, providing Inclination, Azimuth, and bulk Gamma measurements, along with rotating Inclination and Azimuth capabilities. With a maximum data rate of 1.5 bits/second (depending on pulser configuration), this equipment is designed for optimal efficiency. Moreover, it is known for its robustness and low maintenance costs, enabling a high return on investment for deployed equipment.
